Photocopies of parts of a journal and a log (1791-92) of the merchant ship Margaret, commanded by James Magee Sr. of Boston, Mass., on a voyage from Boston around Cape Horn to the Pacific coast; and of the ship Minerva (1816), commanded by James Magee Jr., from Boston to London. Also, a book of accounts (1790-96) between James Sr. and the firm of James and Thomas Lamb. Location of original logs unknown.
